Pricing
Price structure has to go to BigCommerce. They are very competitive prices, but after converting over 200 Ecommerce PSD designs, the average amount of products that small businesses have is usually around 50 – 75 products. (*based on our Conversions)
BigCommerce – $24.95 per month – Up to 100 Products
Volusion – $35 per month – Up to 100 Products
Saving money is always great and for 100 products you will save money with BigCommerce.
SEO Features
Both platforms have SEO features enabled into their platform. Title Tags, Alt Images, and SEO templates are all apart of Volusion and BigCommerce. It seems both products have decided to really take important steps forward to getting seen on Google.
BigCommerce templates are setup with friendly URL links from the moment you sign up for an account. Products have perfect URL structure based on the product name. This is a big win for users that do not know about URL structure and how important it is for SEO.
Volusion templates do not have this.
We give BigCommerce the big WIN Here! It is all about selling products and if you can get free organic traffic, your sales can increase drastically!
Sell on Facebook & Social Integrations
Both BigCommerce & Volusion have easy ways you can set your store up on Facebook and get connected through Social Media. Social media is very important for selling. Both platforms have taken an important step in making it super easy to integrate your stores through social media.
