Roles and Responsibility:

Communicate directly with clients to understand goals, requirements, and constraints
Provide estimates for new work and break down scope into actionable milestones
Recommend the right technologies or platforms based on business needs
Challenge client assumptions and provide strategic input during planning
Help clients decide between headless and traditional architecture
Collaborate with design, frontend, backend, and QA teams to drive delivery
Manage tasks, timelines, and priorities using tools like Basecamp, Jira, YouTrack, or Asana
Respond to RFPs and prepare detailed quotes with hours and cost breakdown
Join and lead client meetings, daily standups, sprint reviews, and delivery calls
Track team performance, surface blockers early, and keep delivery on schedule
Maintain clean documentation and communication logs within project tools
Handle change requests and scope revisions with clear communication
Act as the go-to person for delivery health across multiple projects
Support internal planning, hiring, and delivery process improvements

Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
Strong understanding of headless commerce and modern architecture patterns
Experience owning estimations, project plans, and technical discussions
Fluent in written and verbal English
High responsiveness and attention to detail
Proven experience managing client-facing projects
Daily use of project management tools like Basecamp, YouTrack, Asana, or Jira
Good understanding of APIs and how frontend, backend, and third-party systems interact in an eCommerce ecosystem
